process cleans your liver, intestines and all of your cells so that

What this process of cleansing does is clear up your health picture.
When your body is clean, you can see if it is foods or something
deeper that is causing your symptoms. In other words, by cleansing,
you clear the obstacles to health.
The process lasts for three weeks where you eat a hypoallergenic
diet, take a medicinal food, fiber, a detoxifying tea, and some of
the best acidophilus and bifidus (probiotics) available.
The four-fold detoxification process is aimed at:
- decreasing toxin exposure
- optimizing functions of elimination
- enhancing mobilization of toxins from
cells, fats, and extra cellular matrix to get the toxins back into
the blood stream so they can then be excreted
- enhancing the metabolism of toxins.
After the three weeks are
over, you then slowly add back in the foods you removed. By adding
foods back into your diet one at a time in a specific manor, not
